Option 1: in the game

  1. Open Raidcrown and go to Settings › Account.
  2. Choose Delete my account and confirm twice.
  3. The game shows the date your account will be deleted.

Your account is deleted after a 14-day grace period. Changed your mind? Sign in during that time and choose Cancel deletion in the same place. This works even if your account is suspended.

Option 2: on this website

Use this if you can't open the game. You'll need your player tag: the 9 letters and numbers shown in Settings › Account in the game. If you can't find it, email privacy@raidcrown.com with your player name and any Google Play order numbers instead.

Request account deletion

Raidcrown hasn't launched yet, so there are no player accounts to delete. Questions about your data? Email privacy@raidcrown.com.

What happens after a website request

  1. We send you a receipt by email with a reference number.
  2. We check the account is yours. Anyone can type a player tag, so a member of our team confirms ownership before anything is deleted. We may email you to ask for details only the owner would know, such as a Google Play order number, your House name or your Keep level.
  3. We schedule the deletion with the same 14-day grace period as in the game.

Whichever way you ask, the deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

  • Your profile: player name, country and age information.
  • Sign-in: the link to your Google Play Games profile, guest sign-in, sessions and device sign-in records.
  • Your game: your base, Season Pass progress, rewards inbox, in-game notifications and scheduled reminders. You are removed from matchmaking and the current leaderboards.
  • Your House activity: your membership (if you lead a House, leadership passes to another member), invites, join and reinforcement requests, House Quest contributions, and every chat message you posted.
  • Battles: replays you took part in, and pending Retaliations by or against you.
  • Safety records: your mutes and blocks (and other players' mutes and blocks of you), your name on reports you made, app integrity check results, and reports, flags and appeals about you if your account was never banned.

What we keep, and why

  • Purchase records (Google Play order ID, purchase token, item, catalogue price, dates, refund status and the result of the purchase integrity check) and your gem history. Tax and accounting laws require us to keep them, for 7 years after each purchase. They stay linked to a de-identified account record that keeps your player tag and game totals (such as trophies and gem balance) but no name, country or age information.
  • Battle results in other players' histories, with your name replaced by “Deleted player”.
  • If your account was ever banned: the ban and the related reports and appeals, until 365 days after the ban ended, so we can handle appeals and repeat abuse.
  • A record of your deletion request (including your email address for website requests) and logs of actions our staff took on the account, for 3 years, to show that we acted on your request.
  • Gameplay analytics events recorded before deletion, linked only to your former player ID and never to your name or contact details, for 25 months from when each event was recorded.
  • Backups and battle files: copies in database backups are overwritten within 7 days, and battle files expire from storage within 60 days.

Support messages and newsletter subscriptions are separate from your game account. To have them deleted too, say so in your request or email privacy@raidcrown.com.

Before you go

  • Deletion is permanent once the grace period ends. We can't restore your base or progress.
  • Unspent gems and purchased items are lost, and deleting your account doesn't refund them.
  • Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.
  • Want a copy of your data first? In the game, choose Settings › Account › Download my data.
