Effective 5 November 2026

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zyam Maqsood, trading as Raidcrown ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to the Raidcrown game, raidcrown.com, our support services and any updates to them (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, playing or buying anything in the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, the laws of the country where you live may give you rights that these Terms cannot take away, such as the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the consumer protection laws of Pakistan, the Philippines and Malaysia, and the statutory rights of consumers in the EU and UK. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

2. Who can play

  • You must be at least 13 years old. The game checks your age when you create an account and does not let anyone under 13 continue.
  • If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including purchases.
  • Players aged 13 to 17 have a monthly spending limit of US$50 (or the local equivalent).
  • You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you and not lifted the ban, or if the law forbids you from using it.

3. Your account

  • You can play as a guest or sign in with Google Play Games Services. A guest account is tied to one device. If you lose, reset or replace that device before linking the account to Google Play Games (Settings › Account), we may not be able to recover it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure, and for activity on your account.
  • Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, buy, trade, give away, share or transfer accounts, or let someone else play your account for payment.
  • Player names and House names must follow the Community Guidelines. We may reset a name that doesn't.
  • Tell us at support@raidcrown.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Your licence to use the Service

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to download the game and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms.

We and our licensors own the Service and everything in it, including its software, art, music, characters, names, logos and virtual items. Except as these Terms allow or the law permits regardless of them, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service.

Videos, streams and fan content. You are welcome to make and share videos, streams, screenshots, guides and fan art of Raidcrown, including on channels that earn money from advertising or donations, as long as you don't suggest that we endorse or sponsor you, you don't sell our assets on their own, and you follow the rules of the platform you use. We may ask you to remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

5. Virtual currencies and items

The Service includes virtual currencies (gold, mana, gems and crests) and virtual items (such as troops, upgrades, masons, cosmetic skins and Season Pass rewards).

  • Virtual currencies and items are a limited licence to use them within the Service. They are not your property, have no real-world value, and cannot be redeemed, cashed out or exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value outside the Service.
  • They are non-transferable. You may not sell, buy, trade or transfer them, or accounts holding them, outside the features the game provides, or use third-party services to obtain them.
  • Gems can be bought or earned in play. Crests can only be earned. Every item that affects battles and can be bought with gems can also be earned by playing.
  • We may manage, change, rebalance or remove virtual currencies and items as part of running the game, for example in balance updates.
  • Virtual currencies and items are lost when your account is deleted or permanently banned, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Purchases

  • All purchases in Raidcrown are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies. The price, in your local currency, is shown before you confirm a purchase.
  • Our servers confirm every purchase with Google Play before granting it. Items are delivered to your account as soon as the purchase is confirmed. If something hasn't arrived, see our Support page.
  • Raidcrown sells no random paid items, such as loot boxes. If we ever offer one, we will show its odds before you buy.
  • A purchase gives you a licence to use what you bought within the Service, as described in section 5.

Season Pass

  • The Season Pass unlocks the premium reward track for one season. Seasons follow calendar months.
  • It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew automatically; each season's pass is a separate, optional purchase.
  • The premium track adds extra rewards and a 10% faster building and training speed for the rest of that season. The speed bonus does not apply in Feuds or the Crown League. A free reward track is always available to every player.
  • Season Pass rewards can only be claimed during the season they belong to.

7. Refunds and cancellation

  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play; requests made soon after purchase are usually handled quickly. See Google Play's refund guide. You can also contact us at billing@raidcrown.com and we will help.
  • Australian consumers. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
  • New Zealand consumers. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded when you acquire the Service as a consumer.
  • EU and UK consumers. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because virtual items are delivered immediately, when you buy you expressly ask us to start delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
  • When a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we remove what it granted: unspent gems from that purchase are deducted, and items such as skins or the Season Pass are revoked.
  • Repeatedly buying, using and then refunding items is abuse. Accounts that do this are flagged for review and may be restricted after a person reviews the case.

8. Your content

"Your content" means what you create or submit in the Service, such as player and House names, House descriptions, chat messages, base layouts and reports.

  • You keep any rights you have in your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example, to fit a screen) and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve and promote the Service. For example, we show your base to raiders, your messages to your House, and your battles in replays. The licence lasts while your content is in the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards, such as in backups and in other players' battle histories.
  • You must have the right to post your content, and it must follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
  • Chat, names and House text pass through automated filters. We don't review everything before it appears, but we may remove or reset content that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

9. Conduct

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

  • break the law, or the Community Guidelines, including by harassing, threatening or exploiting other players;
  • impersonate anyone, including our staff, or mislead others about who you are;
  • share personal information about other players, or ask for theirs;
  • use the Service to advertise, spam or scam, or to buy, sell or trade accounts, virtual items or services for real money;
  • interfere with the Service, other players' accounts or our servers, or test their security without our written permission;
  • break any of the fair-play rules in section 10.

10. Fair play

Raidcrown is built to be fair, and we enforce it. You agree not to:

  • use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, macros, modified or unofficial clients, or any automation that plays for you or gives you an advantage;
  • exploit bugs or glitches. If you find one, please report it;
  • manipulate matchmaking, trophies, Renown, leaderboards or Feud results, for example by trading wins, deliberately losing, or using several accounts;
  • use another player's account, or let anyone else use yours.

Our servers re-check every battle from its inputs. If the result your device reports doesn't match, the server's result counts and a strike is added to the account. We also check that the app and device are genuine (see our Privacy Policy). These checks flag accounts for review; they never ban anyone on their own. Our Fair Play page explains how matchmaking, computer-controlled opponents and the store work.

11. Enforcement and appeals

If you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, we may, depending on how serious and how repeated the breach is: warn you, mute your chat, reset your name or House text, remove virtual currencies or items obtained unfairly, suspend your account for a period, or permanently ban it. Automated systems can flag an account, but a person reviews every case before an account is banned.

Appeals. If you think we made a mistake, appeal through our Support page (topic "Ban appeal") or by emailing support@raidcrown.com with your player tag. We review every appeal and tell you the outcome. We don't refund purchases when an account is suspended or banned for breaking these Terms, except where the law requires it.

12. Changes to the Service

We update Raidcrown regularly with new content, fixes and balance changes, some delivered from our servers without an app update. We may change, add or remove features. The Service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of events outside our control. You need an internet connection to play.

13. Suspension, termination and shutdown

  • By you. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.
  • By us. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 11, or if we are required to by law.
  • If we shut the game down. We will give at least 60 days' notice in the game and on our website. From the announcement, we will stop selling gems and other items for real money. Where the law gives you a right to a refund for unused purchases, we will honour it.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that progress or virtual items can always be restored after a technical problem. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for the loss of virtual currencies or items except as these Terms provide;
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and US$100 (or the local equivalent).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. EU and UK consumers: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Australian consumers: where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

16. Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first at support@raidcrown.com; most problems can be solved quickly by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the Service. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts there instead.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law change. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the game or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

18. General

  • These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if Raidcrown is sold, and we will tell you if that happens. Your rights as a consumer are not affected. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and there is a conflict, the English version applies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
